In addition to matching individuals with a franchise business that will achieve their goals of business ownership he is also a Certified Business Coach. With over 30 years combined experience in the corporate, counseling, and consulting worlds Jim has a thorough understanding of the demands placed on individuals, both personally and professionally, and how to help them effectively deal with those demands and navigate the waters of change. Because of his personal experience of being involved in corporate downsizing Jim went into business for himself in 1992. For several years he was involved in outplacement work and career consulting.
